The purpose of the BETA_01 is to determine the quality of inexpensive microphone diaphragms.

The diaphragm was purchased from Aliexpress.com at ~3USD and is a dynamic clone of a Shure SM58.

​

The enclosure was designed on solid works and 3-d printed. It is the first edition of this style of enclosure and designed to be sleek and robust while not impairing the diaphragm.
